Jessica is a Midwest girl, only occasionally straying from the Mississippi River (sometimes her Southern roots show up in banana puddin' and certain way of saying things).  She currently serves as a pastor in Michigan.  She believes her calling as a pastor is to help people think critically, move toward wholeness found in God, and look more like Christ.

She is a book addict, lover of stories and cupcakes, and a shame smasher.  Having fallen in love with the Grand Narrative found in Scripture, she enjoys helping others live out that Story in their space and as the person God crafted them to be.

Jessica is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and received her ordination in 2016. She has worked in youth, children’s, and women’s ministries.  Jessica also has experience counseling at-risk youth, and victims of domestic violence/sexual assault.

She is a momma to Z and wife to Scott, both of who are amazing and make her laugh, cry and enjoy a little wonder. And her heart has a place in Sierra Leone where two children changed her in unexpected ways and now are home with Jesus.
